Promise 5 Annuity
In addition to the features available with the traditional SNPJ annuity, the Promise Series annuity offers SNPJ members greater choices and more liquidity than ever before.
While the SNPJ Promise 5 annuity carries a five-year early withdrawal penalty, it offers a very competitive interest rate. A $2,000 minimum annuity deposit is required for non-members to become SNPJ members.
SNPJ Promise Series annuities issued after April 1, 2026, also feature 2.50% guaranteed minimum interest, additional surrender options and additional deposits. Withdrawal penalties are waived for the following: 10% of the cash value in any penalty year, and withdrawals due to death, disability and nursing home expenses.
The SNPJ Promise Series annuity is approved in the following states: California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Michigan, Missouri, New Mexico, Ohio, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Wisconsin.
