The purchase of an SNPJ life insurance policy or annuity marks the first step in your membership with SNPJ. Over the course of the years your personal information will change – you may marry, start a family, move into a new home, retire – and your SNPJ policies should reflect these changes.

By providing the SNPJ Policy Services Department with information such as change of address, change of beneficiaries, change of name, and other important policy details, you can be assured that your SNPJ life insurance and annuities will remain up-to-date with your current information.
